On 19-20 September 2022, Faculty of Science, Khon Kaen University organized activities to welcome 11-exchange students from Can Tho University, Vietnam, with Professor Ngo Thi Phuong Dung, the coordinator. At 9:00 a.m. on September 19, 2022, Asst. Prof. Dr. Angkana Boonyued, Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Dr. Sukhum Ruangchai, Assistant Dean for International Affairs and Public Communication welcome students from Can Tho University at Wittayaviphas Room 2, Wittayaviphas Building, Faculty of Science. Next, the students visited the Biology Museum and learn about the botanical path at the Department of Biology with Thai students, led by Dr. Sakultala Nilkaew, who represents Cross-cultural Activity together with Thai students. After that, the students visited the lithium-ion battery factory, Khon Kaen University, and traveled to Wat Phra That Cham Kaen, Khon Kaen.
On September 20, 2022 in the morning at 9:00 a.m., the Faculty of Science led Vietnamese exchange students to Si Than Lake inside Khon Kaen University to collect algae from KKU waters and then they went back to the Microbiology Laboratory to classify with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teerasak Somdee, Head of the Department. In the afternoon, all students participated in a learning exchange activity with Thai students at the Department of Chemistry with Asst. Prof. Dr. Chanokporn Phaosiri, a lecturer in the Department of Chemistry. She welcomed and took them a tour of the laboratory within the department. Finally, the last activity is giving souvenirs and taking pictures together at Wittayaviphas Room 2, Wittayaviphas Building. Faculty of Science Khon Kaen University
