{"id":124,"date":"2024-09-27T12:21:29","date_gmt":"2024-09-27T05:21:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sc.kku.ac.th\/spc2025\/?page_id=124"},"modified":"2025-06-11T08:34:29","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T01:34:29","slug":"presentation-guideline","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sc.kku.ac.th\/spc2025\/presentation-guideline\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation guideline"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poster Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants presenting a poster at the 20th Siam Physics Congress 2025 (SPC2025) are requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and effective presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poster Format<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poster Size: <strong>A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm)<\/strong> in portrait orientation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Font Size: Ensure text is legible from a distance of 1-2 meters. Recommended sizes:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title:<strong> 72 pt or larger<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Section headers: 36-48 pt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Body text: 24-32 pt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content: Your poster should include:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title, authors, and affiliations (at the top)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduction, methods, results, and conclusions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Figures, tables, and visuals to enhance clarity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact information (email) for follow-up inquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Layout: Use a clear and organized structure. Prioritize visuals over long text to make information easily digestible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poster Printing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants are responsible for printing their posters before the conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that your poster is printed in high resolution for optimal clarity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poster Display<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posters will be displayed on the designated poster boards at the conference venue on <strong>12 June 2025 since 8:00 AM<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materials for attaching the poster (e.g., push pins) will be provided by the organizing committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setup Time: Posters should be set up on <strong>12 June 2025 since 8:00 AM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poster Presentation Time: You will be assigned a specific time to stand by your poster for discussions with attendees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Oral Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants presenting an oral presentation at the 20th Siam Physics Congress 2025 (SPC2025) are requested to follow the guidelines below for a smooth and professional presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Presentation Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presentation time: Invited speaker: <strong>30 minutes (25 for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&amp;A)<\/strong>, Participant: <strong>15 minutes (12 for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&amp;A)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation Software: You may prepare your slides using: Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) PDF format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aspect Ratio: Slides should be prepared in 16:9 aspect ratio for optimal display.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>File Submission<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deadline: Upload your presentation file <strong>should be save in the propvided computer in your session 30 minutes before your presentation time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File Upload Location: Presentation files must be uploaded to the provided computer ineach session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backup: Bring a backup of your presentation on a USB drive on the day of your session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>On the Day of Presentation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arrival Time: Arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before your session begins to check your presentation and meet with the session chair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Poster Presentation Guidelines Participants presenting a poster at the 20th Siam Physics Congress 2025 (SPC2025) are requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and effective presentation.
