She further highlighted the establishment of Khon Kaen INTACT Base in partnership with National Sun Yat-sen University under Taiwan’s INTENSE Program as an important example of Thailand-Taiwan cooperation in developing international education and career opportunities for students. She also emphasized the value of the 2026 Taiwan Higher Education Expo in providing students with direct access to information about study programs, scholarships, internships, and the INTENSE Program, while encouraging them to explore opportunities and connect directly with Taiwanese universities.

Meanwhile, Prof. Jywe Wen-Yuh highlighted the objectives of the INTENSE Program, which aims to encourage students from Thailand to pursue higher education in Taiwan in the fields of STEM, semiconductors, and finance. The program has aimed to support more than 500 students, with more than 30 Thai students having already pursued their higher education in Taiwan through the program. The event also contributed to strengthening the relationship between Khon Kaen University and Taiwanese institutions while further supporting collaboration in education, research, innovation, talent development, and industry partnerships.
